I signed up- when will I receive my program?
You can expect an email from our team within 24 hours of signing up to get more information from you. Our coaches work very quickly- but writing your program requires enough information to do so. We strive to have new programs created within 72 hours as long as we have all pertinent information and contracts.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is listed in the contracts required to sign in order to proceed with coaching and is explained via introduction calls. If cancelling in the middle of a contract, the client may have to pay a percentage of the remainder of the contract.
What is the refund policy?
If the client is confirmed to have been wrongfully charged, we will refund 100% back to the account or card on file.
